- Accounting System: QuickBooks Nonprofit (Year 1), with migration to Salesforce or Fund EZ in Year 3
- Budgeting & Expense Policies: Board-approved annual budgets, expense ceilings, dual authorization for disbursements
- Monthly Financial Reporting: Reviewed by the Executive Director and Board Finance Subcommittee
- Annual External Audit: Scheduled to begin in Year 2 to support federal grant eligibility
